Career Exploration & Professional Opportunities for Fellows

What do a university research scientist, 30-year engineering veteran of a “Big Three” auto company, and an early career neuroscientist have in common? They’re all AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellows (STPF). Join us on August 18 to hear more about the professional journey of three STPF fellows. Fellows represent a broad range of disciplines, career stages and sectors – including faculty on sabbatical or leave and scholars from across academia. Fellows serve yearlong assignments in the federal government in Washington, where they inform policy, improve science communication and engage with decision-making on society’s most pressing issues.
