Dr. Warren is a sustainability professional with 15+ years in the energy sector spanning industry, academia, government, and nonprofits. Since completing the fellowship, Dr. Warren has returned to her consulting firm, Energy Research Consulting, where she has continued to deliver energy and water expertise to entrepreneurs across Africa. She is also currently the Associate Director of Sustainability Policy at Consumer reports, where she leads the legislative, regulatory, and corporate engagement strategies for sustainability on behalf of consumers. Previously, Dr. Warren worked for ConocoPhillips, optimizing oil and gas extraction to reduce water use, and developing novel CO2 capture solvents and methods. She is also co-founder of the Dakar American University of Science and Technology in Senegal.
Kevin Vranes, VP Product Management, Global Product Lead, Net Zero Cloud, Salesforce

Kevin Vranes is a VP of Product Management for Salesforce and is the Global Product Lead for their Net Zero Cloud product. Kevin started in climate change with a Ph.D. in Ocean and Climate Physics from Columbia University in 2003, then became a Congressional Science Fellow working for U.S. Senator Ron Wyden. Since leaving Capitol Hill in 2004, Kevin has navigated between climate- and energy-focused positions in academia, consulting and software. He was the founding Product Manager of Salesforce’s Sustainability Cloud software in 2019 and currently oversees product strategy and execution for Net Zero Cloud.
Meredith Lee, Head of Strategic Partnerships and Chief Technical Advisor to the Dean, UC Berkeley College of Computing, Data Science, and Society

Meredith Lee is Head of Strategic Partnerships and Chief Technical Advisor to the Dean of the College of Computing, Data Science, and Society–UC Berkeley’s first new college in more than 60 years.
In her role on the inaugural leadership team, Dr.
Lee works to enable transformative collaboration opportunities such as the launch of the UC Berkeley/UCSF Computational Precision Health
program, open science engagement with NASA, and partnerships to help prepare the government for AI.
Prior to this, she joined UC Berkeley as Founding Executive Director of the NSF West Big Data Innovation Hub (2015-2020), following her time as an STPF fellow.

Stephanie Pearl, founder and principal of Adaptive Roots Consulting, works with individuals in the sciences to collaborate more effectively and lead the careers they actually want. She offers career and executive coaching, workshop facilitation, and fractional executive services. In the latter role, Stephanie currently serves as the interim executive director of the Alabama Sustainable Agriculture Network. She also advises startups through Alabama Launchpad, a competition of the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama.
